Messaging infrastructure pricing

Starter is self-serve with a 14-day free trial, then $49/month credited toward usage: SMS costs $0.0079 per segment and email costs $0.001 per email, with one sending domain and one API key. Standard Scale is an annual contract with a $1,000 monthly minimum starting on day 31 after the first 30 days with no minimum.

AI builder offer

Teams sending 1,000 or more recipients each month can claim one of ten promotional spots: a $100/month lifetime minimum instead of $1,000, plus $600 in onboarding provided free and 10DLC approval support. The offer ends September 20 or when the live inventory runs out.

  • Blocx also offers separate Voice services: VoIP, voicemail, call routing, 2FA via AI caller, and a voice dialer. These are not channels on the messaging or Verify API.

  • Scale — $1,000/month minimum platform spend (starts on day 31; no minimum for the first 30 days), on an annual contract. Every channel and route type at the published rate card — all rates listed on this site are Scale rates. Signup starts with a call. Required tier for SHAFT and other restricted verticals.
