An order changes. Your customer knows.

Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and delivery notifications over SMS, email, or RCS from the order events your application provides.

Turn the order events you already track into useful customer updates, without asking customers to keep refreshing a status page.

Replace an uncertain order status with a clear update and a reliable place to see what happens next.

The gap between order state and customer knowledge

Customers keep checking because nothing changes visibly

Your order system may have moved forward while the customer still sees the confirmation from yesterday.

Exceptions become support requests

A delay or required action is harder to resolve when the notification says only that something went wrong.

Messages and fulfillment records drift apart

A notification submitted to a provider is not the same thing as an updated order or a confirmed delivery to the customer.

Make every milestone understandable

Follow each stage from the event in your system to the message your customer receives and the next action in your product.

Confirm that the order was recorded

Send after your order system confirms the state, then direct the customer to the same source of truth used by your support team.

Share a meaningful fulfillment milestone

Turn a dispatch or shipment event into a concise update instead of sending notifications for every internal processing change.

Next step: View current shipment details from your fulfillment system.

Explain that the delivery plan has changed

Keep fulfillment and notification state connected

Subscribe to your actual order events

Use events from the order or fulfillment system, with a stable order reference and a decision about which changes deserve a customer notice.

Send accurate content and your own links

Prepare the message from confirmed order data. Your systems generate tracking and account links; Blocx delivers the submitted content.

Keep notification status with the order

Store message identifiers and process documented delivery events so support can tell the difference between order state and notification state.

Accurate updates, not new fulfillment promises

Keep fulfillment promises in your source system

Do not invent delivery dates or shipment information from messaging status.

Avoid accidental duplicate notices

Deduplicate repeated order events in your application and follow the documented retry contract for the selected messaging interface.

Limit private order detail

Use an authenticated order page for sensitive information rather than repeating it in a short notification.

Integration requirements

Your order system supplies status and delivery information. Blocx is not an order-management or shipment-tracking service.

Order-notification questions

Does Blocx track the shipment for us?

Your order and fulfillment systems supply shipment and delivery data. Blocx is the message delivery layer, not a shipment-tracking or order-management service.

Can we send updates through more than one channel?

Use the channels supported by your plan and the intended content and recipients. Your application chooses the channel and any permitted follow-up; do not assume an automatic cross-channel sequence is created for you.

How can support see whether an update was delivered?

Associate message identifiers and documented status feedback with the order record. A successful submission alone should not be shown as confirmed customer delivery.

How many status changes should trigger a message?

Choose changes that help the customer act or understand the order. Your application should suppress redundant internal events and avoid sending a new notice for every fulfillment-system update.

Answer the next order question before it becomes a ticket.

Choose one milestone or exception, connect the real event, and give the customer a clear path to the latest order information.
