When campaign delivery becomes extra engineering
Channel work fragments the campaign
Teams end up maintaining different sending integrations instead of focusing on the audience, message, and next action.
A broad audience hides different intentions
A new subscriber, an active customer, and someone asking about availability do not need the same message.
Submission counts are mistaken for results
A successful API response is not evidence that the customer saw the content, visited your product, or completed the desired action.
Different audiences. A relevant next action.
Follow each stage from the event in your system to the message your customer receives and the next action in your product.
Respond to a real marketing subscription
Use confirmed preference data to welcome the subscriber and explain what kind of communication to expect.

Next step: Review preferences or explore the product through your own destination.
Send a relevant launch announcement
Prepare a clear offer or announcement for an eligible audience selected by your campaign tools, rather than treating the whole contact list as one segment.

Use media when it explains the message
For an eligible audience on the appropriate plan, use supported MMS media rather than making a recipient infer the subject from a short link alone.

Your campaign tools, Blocx delivery
Build the audience in your existing tools
Your application or campaign system selects recipients, verifies permission, chooses timing, and prepares personalized content.
Submit through the chosen delivery interface
Choose a supported channel, sender, and message format. Configure monthly spend caps on your plan to stop sending at the cap.
Bring delivery evidence into reporting
Use documented message identifiers and status feedback alongside your own visits and purchase outcomes. Keep platform delivery evidence distinct from campaign conversion.
Permission and spending control before the send
Keep permission and opt-outs current
Apply audience eligibility, opt-out, timing, and channel rules before each submission.
Match the message to an eligible channel
MMS and RCS require Scale or Volume. Restricted verticals require the appropriate plan and carrier review; a plan does not override content restrictions.
Separate campaigns from account-critical notices
Use distinct content and application rules for promotions, security, billing, and service communications.
Integration requirements
Follow consent, opt-out, carrier, and channel-specific requirements. MMS and RCS require Scale or Volume; restricted verticals require Scale or Volume and carrier review.
Blocx is the delivery layer. Your campaign tools or application own audiences, segmentation, scheduling, personalization, and sequence logic.
Which channels can campaigns use?
Use supported channels appropriate to your content, recipients, and plan. SMS and email are available on Starter under its limits; MMS and RCS require Scale or Volume. Carrier, sender, consent, and content rules still apply.
Can we limit campaign spending?
Monthly spend caps are available on every plan and stop sending when the cap is reached. This does not remove your responsibility to select eligible recipients and permitted traffic.
How should campaign results be measured?
Correlate message records and documented delivery events with outcomes in your own product or store. Do not report an API submission as a customer conversion or assume delivery means the message was read.
Can restricted industries use the same campaign approach?
Eligible restricted-industry use cases require Scale or Volume and review of the actual business, content, audience, and channel. Carrier approval is not guaranteed, and SHAFT companies are excluded from the 10DLC approval-time guarantee.
Spend your effort on the message, not another sending stack.
Bring an eligible audience, a clear reason to contact them, and a useful destination. Connect delivery to the tools that already run your campaigns.
