Connect your storefront events to SMS, email, and RCS for order updates, delivery notifications, and consent-based customer campaigns.
Your store knows when an order changes. Connect those events to Blocx so customers hear from you at the right moment.
Keep customers informed from order confirmation to their next visit, using the events your store already knows.
The questions every order creates
The purchase ends, but the questions begin
Customers want to know whether the order is confirmed, what changed, and where to look next. A vague notification creates another support conversation.
Delivery changes reach customers too late
Your fulfillment systems may already know about an exception while the customer is still working from an old email or an expected delivery date.
Every promotion starts to sound the same
A cart follow-up, a restock notice, and a new collection announcement are different reasons to contact someone. Relevance starts with the right event and permission.
From checkout to the next visit
Follow each stage from the event in your system to the message your customer receives and the next action in your product.
Confirm the purchase with a useful destination
Send a concise confirmation once your order system records the order. Make it easy to return to the customer's own order details.

Connect the events your store already knows
Connect order, cart, and inventory events
Use your storefront or backend as the source of truth for order state, timing, and customer permissions.
Prepare the right message and destination
Include accurate order context and links generated by your own store. Choose an eligible channel and keep private details behind the account.
Bring delivery feedback back to support
Store message identifiers with the order or customer record. Process documented status events so support can distinguish a submitted notification from a delivered message.
Relevant messages, accurate order information
Do not turn service notices into surprise marketing
Apply the right consent and opt-out rules to promotional follow-ups rather than treating a purchase as blanket marketing permission.
Let the store own eligibility
Suppress a cart reminder when checkout completes, and confirm inventory before sending a restock notice.
Match channels to the plan and content
MMS and RCS require Scale or Volume. Carrier and content restrictions still apply, including restricted-industry review where relevant.
Integration requirements
Your storefront supplies the events and customer permissions. Review consent and carrier requirements before sending campaigns.
Is Blocx a storefront or order-management integration?
Blocx is the messaging layer. Your store or integration supplies order, fulfillment, cart, and inventory events and submits the appropriate messages. This page does not promise a prebuilt integration with a particular commerce platform.
Can I send order updates and marketing through Blocx?
Yes, using the supported channels and your plan's capabilities. Keep service notifications and promotional campaigns under their respective consent and sending rules rather than treating them as the same type of message.
Where do tracking and checkout links come from?
Your storefront and fulfillment systems generate those destinations. Blocx delivers the content you submit; it does not create shipment data or maintain the customer's cart.
Can I use richer messages?
MMS can carry supported media, and RCS supports richer messaging where available. Both require Scale or Volume, and content, carrier eligibility, sender setup, and recipient support still matter.
Will this guarantee more recovered carts or fewer support tickets?
No fixed commercial result is promised. The integration gives you a way to make existing events visible and actionable; you decide eligibility, timing, message quality, and how to measure the outcome.
Give the next order event a clear customer message.
Begin with the order question your support team hears most often, then connect that event to a message and a useful account destination.
Blocx is the programmable messaging product from OtterBlocx, LLC, headquartered in Cheyenne, Wyoming, United States.
