How Blocx collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information, including 10DLC messaging data and short-code 2FA phone numbers, authentication requests, delivery events, and opt-out handling.

10DLC compliance and privacy

Messaging opt-in information is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing, lead generation, or analytics. Recipients may text STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance.

Short-code privacy for 2FA

Short-code 2FA data is used to deliver user-requested authentication and verification messages, not unrelated marketing. Codes are designed for one-time use and expire after a limited period.

Channels

  • Live today: SMS, MMS, RCS, Email, Telegram.
  • Blocx also offers separate Voice services: VoIP, voicemail, call routing, 2FA via AI caller, and a voice dialer. These are not channels on the messaging or Verify API.

Plans

  • Pay-as-you-go — self-serve, no minimum spend. SMS $0.0079/segment, email $0.001/email (1 sending domain), 1 API key. Not available for SHAFT and other restricted verticals.
  • Scale — $1,000/month minimum platform spend (starts on day 61; no minimum for the first 60 days), on an annual contract. Every channel and route type at the published rate card — all rates listed on this site are Scale rates. Signup starts with a call. Required tier for SHAFT and other restricted verticals.
  • Volume — custom volume-based pricing negotiated on your traffic profile. Contact sales.
